Our Search Engine Optimization process
We have two optimization areas which we work with.
On Page Optimization
-
Off Page Optimization
On Page Optimization
As part of our optimization we may recommend modifying the text of your homepage to make it more relevant. This is very important as when spiders/crawlers go through your site they need to associate keywords with one another. Keywords are what users type in to find a specific product/service. The density of keywords and key phrases on the homepage is another important aspect to optimization. Too many and the search engine can see it as spam and could result in your website being banned from future crawls; too few and your site may not appear at all.
Other coding may be added to homepage to increase the relevancy. We will also add a sitemap to your website if one does not exist to give the web spiders/crawlers access to every page in your site.
Once complete we will ensure that your website complies with the W3C standards. These are web standard that ensure valid coding has been used and easy accessibility to the site can be made.
Off Page Optimization
This is mostly an ongoing process, where we build up your Page Rank (PR). This tells Google and other users how useful and popular your site is. Each link that is made to your site is like a vote of confidence. The more sites you have linking you the higher your PR will be. This doesn't mean getting any website to link you, the links must be from relevant sites.
When “Link Building” we ensure that links are only obtained from relevant sites such as related directories and forums and not link rings, link farms, adult sites or gambling sites etc.
Product promotion is another use of off page search engine optimization. This means creating media packs for new products/services and using it to get traffic going to your website. Marketing
